目的:对黄鳝藤药材(根和茎)进行生药鉴定,为进一步研究和利用黄鳝藤奠定基础。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱方法对黄鳝藤药材进行生药鉴定。结果:黄鳝藤根的横切面呈偏心型,次生韧皮部纤维成群分布;有2种形态石细胞分别分布于根和茎中;得到了根和茎的薄层色谱图。结论:黄鳝藤根和茎显微特征明显,可作为该药材鉴定的参考依据,槲皮素是区分根与茎的特征性成分。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the crude drug of eel vine (root and stem) and lay the foundation for further research and utilization of eel vine. Methods: The medicinal properties of eel vine were identified by traits identification, microscopic identification and TLC. Results: The transverse section of the root of the eel was eccentric and the secondary phloem fibers were distributed in groups. There were two kinds of morphological stone cells distributed in roots and stems respectively. The thin layer chromatograms of roots and stems were obtained. CONCLUSION: The micro-characteristics of root and stem of eel are obvious and can be used as reference for identification of this medicinal material. Quercetin is the characteristic component for distinguishing root from stem.
