目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定柴芍丸中芍药苷、栀子苷及丹皮酚含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为InertsilODS-SP(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水梯度洗脱,检测波长230 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果:芍药苷在0.494 4~12.36μg(r=1)线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.77%,RSD 2.1%;栀子苷在0.492 2~12.305μg(r=0.999 9)线性关系良好,平均回收率101.64%,RSD 1.9%;丹皮酚在0.260 2~6.505μg(,r=0.999 9)线性关系良好,平均回收率100.92%,RSD1.7%。结论:方法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于柴芍丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin, geniposide and paeonol in Chaishao Pills by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The column was Inertsil ODS-SP (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-water. The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: Paeoniflorin had a good linear relationship with 0.494 4 ~ 12.36 μg (r = 1), with an average recovery of 98.77% and a RSD of 2.1%. Geniposide had a good linear relationship at 0.492 2 ~ 12.305 μg (r = 0.999 9) The recoveries were 101.64% and RSD 1.9%, respectively. Paeonol showed a good linearity between 0.2602 and 6.505μg (r = 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 100.92% and RSD of 1.7%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, reproducible and can be used for quality control of Chaishao Pills.
