棉花不同抗、感蚜性品种的幼嫩花蕾多酚氧化酶(PPO)同工酶分析结果表明,感蚜品种酶带多,但弱带比例大。相反,抗蚜品种酶带少,且多为强带。a带(Rf0.01)、b带(Rf0.08)和d(Rf0.96)是各品种共有带,其带的峰值大小与抗蚜性呈正相关。UVP扫描分析结果显示,c带(Rf0.55)只存在于感蚜品种。本文结果可应用于棉花抗蚜性鉴定及其育种上。
The analysis of PPO isozymes in young buds with different resistant and susceptible cotton cultivars showed that there were many enzyme bands in susceptible varieties, but the proportion of weak bands was large. In contrast, anti-aphid varieties less enzyme band, and mostly strong band. A band (Rf0.01), b band (Rf0.08) and d (Rf0.96) were the common bands of all cultivars, and the band peak value was positively correlated with the resistance to aphids. UVP scan analysis showed that c-band (Rf 0.55) existed only in susceptible aphids species. The results of this paper can be applied to cotton aphid identification and breeding.
