新课标指出:“学生的数学学习活动应当是一个生动活泼的、主动的和富有个性的过程,自主探索与合作交流是学生学习的重要方式。”小组合作学习已经被教师越来越广泛运用,在课堂教学中只有适时恰当地把握小组合作学习的时机,真正发挥小组合作学习的实效性,培养与人合作的精神,可以提高学生的学习效率。一、小组合作学习的时机的选取需畅所欲言时再合作学习,先独立思考再合作学习。然而大多数学生对新知识表现为迷惑,学生们急于表现自己的观点、看法。培养参与和合作精神是教育不可缺少的重要组成部分。在课堂教学中恰当地把握小组合作学习的时机,才能充分发挥学生的主体地位,具体表现为:
