(四)实现各个子系统的合理组合,加强与系统外部的信息交流,增强学校系统的教育功能与效果。 系统科学理论指出,整体之所以能产生大于各个部分之和的功能,其根本原因就在于组成整体的各个部分相互联系,相互作用的过程中产生了整体原来没有的功能。这不仅是量的变化,即1+1+1>3;而且促进了质的飞跃。系统科学理论还指出,任何系统都不是孤立的,都是相对的;只有加强与系统外部的信息交流,系统才能实现整体优化。因此,要实现学校教育系统的整体优化,就要实现系统内部各个子系统的合理组合,加强与系统外部(社会与家庭)的信息交流。为此,我们在实践中注意加强以下几方面的横向联系:

Therefore, in order to achieve the overall optimization of school education system, it is necessary to achieve a reasonable combination of the various subsystems within the system, and strengthen the exchange of information with the system (society and the family). To this end, we pay attention in practice to strengthening the horizontal links in the following aspects:
