“走班”学习是一项寻求全新办学思路,解决留守儿童多,教学条件差,班额少等不利因素的课堂教学改革行动。从分层组班到班级管理的改进优化,形成了特有的朴素的行动路径;以教学分层、课堂优化体现学法指导和教师成长为研究出发点,寻求与之相适应的教学行动研讨策略,在完善“走班”学习中提升教师组织协调及管理能力,促使教师在试点实践中成长专业,形成长效机制,提高教育教学质量。
