“阴虚”动物模型是研究中医“阴虚证”的一个重要工具。用甲状腺素喂饲小鼠造成“阴虚”模型比较接近临床实际。本文报道用单向免疫扩散法测定小鼠血清IgG含量的结果,同时观察阴虚小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量的变化。一、材料和方法 1.材料: (1)JCR纯种雄性小鼠:体重25~30g,本所动物室供应(由上海药物所引进)。 (2)兔抗小鼠IgG抗血清和JCR鼠标准血清:由本实验室制备。 (3)甲状腺素片:北京市第一生化厂产品,0.124g/片,批号820902。 (4)利血平片:天津光华制药厂产品,0.25mg/片,批号810603。 2.方法:把小鼠均分为8组,每组8~10只。实验重复进行1次。阴虚实验组每天每只以甲状腺素3mg、利血平0.02mg,用生理盐水稀释,总容积为0.2ml灌胃,正常对照组给予等容积的生理盐水。每天1次,分别给
“Yin deficiency” animal model is an important tool for the study of “yin deficiency syndrome” in traditional Chinese medicine. Feeding mice with thyroxine causes the “yin deficiency” model to be closer to clinical practice. This article reports the results of measuring the serum IgG content of mice by one-way immunodiffusion method, and at the same time observing the changes of thymus and spleen weight of Yin deficiency mice. I. Materials and Methods 1. Materials: (1) JCR purebred male mice: Weighing 25 to 30 g, supplied by our animal room (introduced by Shanghai Pharmaceuticals). (2) Rabbit anti-mouse IgG antiserum and JCR mouse standard serum: Prepared by our laboratory. (3) Thyroxine tablets: Beijing First Biochemical Factory product, 0.124g/tablet, lot number 820902. (4) reserpine tablets: Tianjin Guanghua Pharmaceutical Products, 0.25 mg/tablet, lot number 810603. 2. Methods: The mice were equally divided into 8 groups of 8 to 10 each.
