目的比较4种常用消毒方法对铅防护服材质的影响。方法分别选择75%酒精、250 mg/L含氯消毒液、臭氧和消毒湿巾对铅防护服样品进行消毒,比较各种消毒方法对铅防护服材质的影响。结果 75%酒精组和250mg/L含氯消毒液组样品表面颜色与对照组相比有明显色差。250 mg/L含氯消毒液组和臭氧组样品内层铅材料的拉伸强度及断裂伸长率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。75%酒精组、250 mg/L含氯消毒液组和臭氧组样品外层尼龙织物的断裂强力及断裂伸长率与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 5种消毒方法中,消毒湿巾对铅防护服材质的影响最小,但其实际消毒效果还有待进一步评估。
Objective To compare the effects of four common disinfection methods on the quality of lead protective clothing. Methods The samples of lead protective clothing were sterilized with 75% alcohol, 250 mg / L chlorine disinfectant, ozone and disinfectant wipes. The effects of various disinfection methods on the quality of lead protective clothing were compared. Results The surface color of 75% alcohol group and 250mg / L chlorine disinfectant group showed obvious color difference compared with the control group. The tensile strength and elongation at break of 250 mg / L chlorine-containing disinfectant and ozone samples were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.01). The breaking strength and elongation at break of nylon fabric in 75% alcohol group, 250 mg / L chlorine disinfectant solution and ozone group were statistically different from those in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Among the five disinfection methods, disinfectant wipes have the least impact on the material of lead protective clothing, but the actual disinfection effect needs to be further evaluated.
