引言1.1本标准规定了X射线和γ射线检验钢对接焊缝和可透照的其它型式钢焊缝的照相技术要求及通过射线摄影的底片来检验缺陷,并对缺陷进行分类定级的方法。1.2焊接方法包括电弧焊、气体保护焊、电渣焊及气焊。照相厚度范围为2~120毫米。1.3射线照相法检验焊缝,一般可发现下列缺陷:气孔、夹渣、钨夹渣、未焊透、未熔合、裂纹等。1.4焊缝照相范围及质量等级选择按产品技术条件和有关规定确定。也可以由设计,制造、使用等单位根据产品具体情况决定。特殊结构的焊缝另行制定质量等级标准。
