装配式复合地下连续墙的接头形式主要有焊接钢板连接和钢筋混凝土扶壁柱连接两种,其侧向抗力是地下结构研究的重点。本文通过复合墙侧向静载模型试验,进行了两种接头形式复合墙体的承载能力和整体性能的研究。试验结果表明两种接头形式的复合墙均能承受较大的静力荷载,钢板接头和扶壁柱接头复合墙侧向最大等效均布面荷载均值分别为631 kPa和453 kPa,钢板接头复合墙延性大抗力性能好。根据模型破坏形式,提出了钢板接头复合墙侧向承载力计算公式,对装配式复合地下连续墙的设计和施工实践具有指导意义。
There are two kinds of joint forms of prefabricated composite diaphragm wall: welded steel plate connection and reinforced concrete buttress column. The lateral resistance is the key point of underground structure research. In this paper, through the lateral static load model test of composite wall, the carrying capacity and overall performance of two kinds of composite wall with joint are studied. The experimental results show that the composite wall with both joints can withstand large static load, and the average maximum load at the side of composite wall with steel plate joints and buttress columns is 631 kPa and 453 kPa, respectively. Wall ductility resistance performance is good. According to the failure mode of the model, the formula for calculating the lateral bearing capacity of the composite wall with steel plate joints is proposed, which is of guiding significance to the design and construction practice of the assembled composite diaphragm wall.
