热毒清 (抗炎6号) 体外能使鲎试验转阴,电镜下可见能使大肠杆菌O_(111)B_4内毒素网状结构崩解。体内实验用家兔内毒素所致DlC模型,检测血小板、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间和3F试验;光镜检查肾小球微血栓形成率和肾小球所含纤维素密度等,用药组和模型组比较差异均非常显著(P<0.01)。结合电镜观察和肝细胞溶酶体标志酶ACF测定,提示热毒清抗内毒素的作用机理可能与①直接降解内毒素,②增强MPS吞噬功能,③稳定溶酶体膜有关。 ·
Hot Tonic (Anti-Inflammation No. 6) can make the sputum test negative in vitro. Under the electron microscope, the E. coli O_(111)B_4 endotoxin network structure can be disintegrated. D1C model induced by rabbit endotoxin in vivo was used to detect platelet, fibrinogen, prothrombin time and 3F test; light microscopic examination of glomerular microthrombus formation rate and glomerular cellulose density, etc. The differences between the model group and the model group were very significant (P<0.01). Combined with electron microscopy observation and hepatocyte lysosome marker enzyme ACF assay, it was suggested that the mechanism of heat toxin antiendotoxin may be related to 1 direct degradation of endotoxin, 2 enhanced MPS phagocytosis, and 3 stable lysosomal membrane. ·
