对12根无机胶(氯氧镁水泥)粘贴U形CFRP布加固混凝土梁、1根有机胶(环氧树脂)粘贴U形CFRP布加固混凝土梁和1根对比混凝土梁进行了受剪试验,研究了无机胶粘贴U形CFRP布加固混凝土梁的受剪破坏特征、承载力、CFRP布的应变变化规律,分析了剪跨比、CFRP布加固量、CFRP布粘贴层数、混凝土强度等因素对梁受剪性能的影响。试验结果表明:无机胶加固梁都发生剥离破坏;外贴U形CFRP布能提高梁的受剪承载力、约束裂缝发展;剪跨比越大、混凝土强度越高加固效果越好。根据试验,建议了无机胶粘贴U形CFRP布加固混凝土梁受剪承载力的计算公式。计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,偏于安全。
Shear tests were conducted on 12 inorganic gels (magnesium oxychloride cements) affixed with U-shaped CFRP-cloth reinforced concrete beams, 1 organic glue (epoxy resin) affixed with U-shaped CFRP-cloth reinforced concrete beams and 1 contrasted concrete beam The shear failure characteristics, the bearing capacity and the strain of CFRP cloth strengthened by UF CFRP sheet reinforced concrete beams were analyzed. The effects of shear span ratio, CFRP cloth reinforcement, the number of CFRP cloth adhesion layers and concrete strength Beam Shear Performance. The results show that both the inorganic beam and the reinforced concrete beam are peeled off. The U-shaped CFRP fabric can increase the shear capacity of the beam and restrict the development of cracks. The greater the shear-span ratio is, the better the concrete strength is. According to the experiment, the formula of shear bearing capacity of RC beams strengthened with U-shaped CFRP sheets is proposed. The calculated results are in good agreement with the test results, but are biased towards safety.
