在各种机械设计中,当传动轴采用滚动轴承作支承时,为了防止轴承内环与轴、外环与壳体孔在机器运转时产生相对滑动,必须选择正确的安装配合。轴与轴承内环采用适当的紧配合,是防止它们之间相对滑动的最简单而有效的办法。适当的紧配合能使轴承套圈在运转时受力均匀,轴承承载能力得以充分发挥,以满足设计寿命与降噪降振的要求。目前各种资料推荐的轴承配合都是适用于实体轴或者刚度较大的空心轴。对于那些薄壁的空心轴,由于壁薄受力后收缩变形,上述推荐的配合值就不能满足设计要求,有关资料只介绍应采用比实体轴更紧的
In various mechanical designs, when the drive shaft is supported by a rolling bearing, in order to prevent relative slip between the bearing inner ring and the shaft, the outer ring and the housing hole when the machine is operating, the correct installation and assembly must be selected. The proper mating fit between the shaft and bearing inner ring is the simplest and most effective way to prevent relative sliding between them.
