目的探讨血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、踝臂指数(ABI)及踝臂脉搏波速度(ba PWV)与冠心病的关系。方法 150例冠心病患者,依据高同型半胱氨酸血症诊断标准分为HH组80例和HH合并冠心病组70例,另选取同期75例健康体检者作为正常对照组。对三组人群ABI、ba PWV及Hcy水平进行检测,以探讨三者与冠心病的关系。结果 HH合并冠心病组Hcy高于HH组和正常对照组,HH组Hcy高于正常对照组(P<0.01);HH组ABI低于正常对照组(t=8.56,P<0.01);HH合并冠心病组ABI低于HH组(t=11.06,P<0.01)和正常对照组(t=25.68,P<0.01)。HH组ba PWV高于正常对照组(t=13.25,P<0.01);HH合并冠心病组ba PWV高于HH组(t=36.52,P<0.01)和正常对照组(t=45.27,P<0.01)。结论 Hcy水平、ABI及ba PWV与冠心病密切相关,可用于预测、评估冠心病危险程度。
Objective To investigate the relationship between blood homocysteine (Hcy) level, ankle brachial index (ABI) and ankle brachial pulse wave velocity (ba PWV) and coronary heart disease. Methods 150 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into HH group (80 cases) and HH combined with coronary heart disease group (70 cases) according to the diagnostic criteria of hyperhomocysteinemia. Another 75 healthy subjects were selected as the normal control group. The levels of ABI, ba PWV and Hcy in three groups were detected to explore the relationship between the three and coronary heart disease. Results The Hcy in CHD group was higher than that in HH group and normal control group, Hcy in HH group was higher than that in control group (P <0.01), ABI in HH group was lower than that in control group (t = 8.56, P <0.01) ABI in CHD group was lower than that in HH group (t = 11.06, P <0.01) and normal control group (t = 25.68, P <0.01). The ba PWV in HH group was higher than that in normal control group (t = 13.25, P <0.01); the ba PWV in HH combined with coronary heart disease group was higher than that in HH group (t = 36.52, P <0.01) 0.01). Conclusions Hcy levels, ABI and ba PWV are closely related to coronary heart disease, which can be used to predict and assess the risk of coronary heart disease.
