我国公路建设进入快速发展阶段,融资需求不断扩大,传统的政府筹资模式无法适应行业的迅速发展。PPP模式可有效吸引社会资金的参与,缓解政府财政压力,但我国在推广PPP模式中仍存在一些问题。本文结合我国公路建设PPP模式的发展现状指出目前存在的问题,并对如何解决这些问题、更好地在公路建设中应用PPP模式进行探究分析。 China’s highway construction has entered a stage of rapid development, financing needs continue to expand, the traditional government funding model can not adapt to the rapid development of the industry. The PPP model can effectively attract the participation of social funds and alleviate government financial pressure. However, some problems still exist in the promotion of PPP model in our country. This paper points out the current problems in the development of PPP model of highway construction in our country, and probes into how to solve these problems and how to apply PPP model in highway construction.
