成形极限曲线作为材料成形性能最为综合和简易的判据,已成为衡量材料成形性和解决冲压成形问题的重要工具。通过对AA5182-O铝合金分别进行了单向拉伸试验、杯突试验、刚模胀形实验,获得了相应方法的成形极限应变点,并将3种方法获得的成形极限拟合曲线进行对比,最后通过实冲实验对实验极限的准确性进行了验证。研究发现,由单向拉伸试验和杯突试验获得的成形极限曲线要低于刚模胀形试验获得成形极限曲线,且杯突试验所得极限点存在等拉极限点,而胀形极限曲线缺少等拉极限点,将实际冲压失效点和实验成形极限曲线相比发现单拉实验和杯突试验获得的成形极限曲线更加准确。
