工资工作是工会組織的一項重要的經常的工作。做好工资工作,不僅可以保証职工物質生活应有的改善,同时,能够通过物質的鼓励作用,充分發揮职工的社会主义劳动积極性,爭取提前和超額完成第一个五年計划。过去几年來,本省各級教育工会組織,对工資工作做得是很不够的,这是一个缺點。但是,隨着客观形势的發展,今后的工資工作,应該在工会的全部工作中,占有一定的位置,也就是說,工資工作必須提到工会工作的議事日程上来。
Wage work is an important regular job of union organizations. Wage work can not only ensure due improvement of the material life of workers, but also give full play to the workers’ enthusiasm for socialist labor and strive to complete the first five-year plan ahead of time and overfulfill them through the material encouragement. Over the past few years, education trade union organizations at all levels in our province have done very little work on wage work. This is a flaw. However, with the development of the objective situation, wage work in the future should occupy a certain place in the entire work of trade unions. In other words, wage work must refer to the agenda of trade union work.
