In a one-month vocational education study and study in Germany, we were deeply impressed by the action-oriented teaching in German vocational education. We understand that action-oriented teaching is a coursework-based action teaching that engages in the design, implementation, inspection and evaluation of occupational activities by purposefully and systematically organizing learners in real or simulated situations. Through the learners to explore, discover and solve problems encountered in the actual activities, experience, reflection and improve learning behavior, and ultimately obtain the relevant professional knowledge and ability required.
