研究了微量元素 P对一种 Ni基铸造高温合金组织和 950℃不同应力条件下持久性能的影响结果表明,随着 P含 量的升高,合金的持久寿命和持久延伸率不断提高,当 P含量(质量分数,下同)为 0.017%时持久寿命达到峰值; P含量超过 0.017%时合金在(γ+γ’)共晶前沿析出磷化物相. P对合金持久性能的有益作用是由于 P偏聚到枝晶间和晶界,抑制晶界扩 散,从而提高合金的晶界强度.
The effect of trace element P on the permanent properties of a Ni-base superalloy and under different stress at 950 ℃ was studied. The results show that the long-term life and elongation of the alloy increase with the increase of P content. When the content of P (Mass fraction, the same below) is 0.017%, the life expectancy reaches the peak value. When the P content exceeds 0.017%, the alloy precipitates the phosphide phase at the (γ + γ ’) eutectic frontier. The beneficial effect of P on the ductility of the alloy is due to the segregation of P into the interdendritic and grain boundaries, inhibiting the grain boundary diffusion and increasing the grain boundary strength of the alloy.
