采用7×9不完全双列杂交,配制63个籼粳杂种F1,相关分析表明,杂种一代的生育期与中亲值呈极显著正相关;有效穗与籼、粳稻亲本均呈显著正相关,与中亲值呈极显著正相关。结实率与籼稻亲本和中亲值均呈极显著正相关。配合力分析表明:籼稻恢复系的几个主要性状的—般配合力效应明显好于保持系。早稻恢复系、浙恢3号和R118可作为利用亚种间杂种优势的配组亲本。广亲和轮回422、02428、台R130和感光弱的粳恢复系77302可作为籼粳亚种间杂交稻的亲本。
Sixty-three indica-japonica F1 hybrids were prepared by 7 × 9 inbred lines. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the growth stages of the hybrids and the mid-progenies. The effective spikes were significantly and positively correlated with the parents of indica and japonica rice, There was a significant and positive correlation between parents and parents. Seed setting rate was significantly and positively correlated with the parents and middle parents of indica rice. Combining ability analysis showed that the general combining ability of several main characters of indica restorer line was significantly better than that of maintainer line. The restorer lines of early rice, Zhehui 3 and R118 could be used as the parents of parents with heterosis among subspecies. Broad compatibility cycles 422,02428, Taiwan R130 and weak sensitive restorer line 77302 can be used as indica and japonica inter-interspecific hybrid rice parents.
