深基坑工程对邻近建筑物的影响,是一个难题。某地下工程开挖深基坑,旁边紧邻一栋7层混凝土框架结构建筑物,业主严格要求该建筑物不能产生沉降和水平位移。因此该项目采用了一系列技术措施:基坑采用土钉墙支护和水泥土桩帷幕止水,而建筑物采用人工挖孔灌注桩托换原基础,即采用将建筑物的荷载通过托换梁传递到人工挖孔灌注桩,再传递到深部稳定的基岩上的设计方法,不但提高了建筑基础承载力,而且避免了基坑位移对建筑物的损坏。施工中密切监测建筑基础的沉降和水平位移,保证了该建筑物的安全和正常使用。
The impact of deep foundation pit construction on neighboring buildings is a difficult problem.
