从1971～1980年间,我科对32例有病理证实的正期乳腺癌进行了单纯放疗。本文对此32例患者加以分析。 1 材料与方法 32例均为女性,年龄36～69岁。均有病理证实。病灶位于左乳者17例,右乳者15例。根据UICC颁布的TNM分期标准,全组病例均为Ⅲ期。 治疗方法:32例原发灶均采用~(60)Co切线野照射,其中21例采用切线照射50～60Gy后加深部X线对病灶部位垂直照射至足量。另11例只采用切线野照 From 1971 to 1980, our department performed radiotherapy alone on 32 cases of pathological breast cancer confirmed. This article analyzes 32 patients. 1 Materials and Methods 32 cases were female, aged 36 to 69 years old. All confirmed by pathology.
