肝细胞性肝癌自发破裂死亡率极高，如诊断及时，并及时做肝动脉结扎、肝叶部分切除或缝合止血，可能延长或挽救生命。我们1985～1993年收治肝癌自发性破裂15例，现报告如下。临床资料一、一般情况男13例，女2例。年龄53～65岁。曾患急性黄道性肝炎5例，慢性活动性肝好病史2例，
The mortality rate of spontaneous rupture of hepatocellular carcinoma is extremely high. If the diagnosis is timely, and hepatic arterial ligation, partial resection of the hepatic lobe, or suture and hemostasis is performed in time, it may prolong or save lives. We treated 15 cases of spontaneous rupture of liver cancer from 1985 to 1993. The report is as follows. Clinical data 1. The general situation was 13 males and 2 females. Age 53 to 65 years old. There have been 5 cases of acute esophagitis and 2 cases of chronic active liver disease.
