针对现有ZYW-3200钻机在人工上下钻杆过程中存在的问题,通过理论计算、三维建模设计了旋转式钻杆输送装置;采用有限元计算的方法对其主轴进行了受力分析和模态分析,验证了其结构的可靠性;经过样机的试制、装配,并进行了联机调试。试验结果表明,该装置可有效降低上下钻杆的劳动强度,提高生产效率。
In view of the existing problems of the existing ZYW-3200 drilling rig in the process of manually drilling the upper and lower drill rods, the rotary drill rod delivery device is designed through the theoretical calculation and the three-dimensional modeling. The finite element method is used to analyze the force and the mode State analysis, verify the reliability of its structure; prototype prototype, assembly, and on-line debugging. The test results show that the device can effectively reduce the labor intensity of the upper and lower drill pipe and improve the production efficiency.
