在工程实际中,经常发生碰撞现象,它的作用会对设备产生极大的冲击力,以致破坏各种仪器的正常工作,直接影响到产品的质量。绝对避免碰撞是不可能的,因此,为了消减碰撞的作用,在工程实际中,采用缓冲装置便成为有效的工具了。现在我们来分析图1所示的缓冲装置,试问该系统的诸结构参数满足何种关系式时,使得摆锤在任意冲量P的打击下,都不产生顺时针方向的转动。从上述可知,这是一个典型的碰撞问题,所以我们用理论力学中的碰撞理论来讨论它。
In engineering practice, frequent collision occurs, its role will have a great impact on equipment, resulting in the destruction of the normal work of various instruments, a direct impact on product quality. It is impossible to avoid collisions absolutely. Therefore, in order to reduce the impact of collisions, the use of a buffer device has become an effective tool in engineering practice. Now let us analyze the cushioning device shown in Fig. 1 and ask what relation of the structural parameters of the system satisfy, so that the pendulum will not rotate in the clockwise direction under the impact of any impulse P. From the above we can see that this is a typical collision problem, so we discuss it with collision theory in theoretical mechanics.
