实现了一种快速回转式三维测量技术,脉冲调制的半导体激光器为光源,通过光学系统产生一线光源,投射到物体表面,CCD摄像机获取的视频信号经过硬件电路实时处理后得到该光刀对应的物体位移量。回转平台每次转动1°,360°三维测量数据的获取仅须15s。文中介绍了这种三维数字化仪的基本原理和实现方法。
