目的建立判别模型快速有效筛查咖啡中是否掺入黑玉米、大麦和巴西莓果粉。方法基于衰减全反射红外光谱法以及便携式红外光谱仪一致性检验原理,采集咖啡、黑玉米、大麦和巴西莓果粉的红外漫反射光谱,用OPUS软件建立咖啡一致性检验模型,以咖啡样品红外光谱图为参考光谱,以掺杂样品光谱图为验证光谱进行一致性检验分析。结果利用该一致性检验模型能够准确区分咖啡中是否掺入一定量的黑玉米、大麦和巴西莓果粉。结论本研究建立的检验模型简单、快速、有效,为咖啡中掺入黑玉米、大麦和巴西莓果粉的鉴别提供了参考。
Objective To establish a discriminant model for fast and effective screening of coffee mixed with black corn, barley and Brazil berry powder. Methods The infrared diffuse reflectance spectra of coffee, black corn, barley and brazilian berry powder were collected based on attenuated total reflectance infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and portable FTIR spectroscopy. The coffee consistency test model was established with OPUS software. The infrared spectra of coffee samples As the reference spectrum, with the doped sample spectrum for the verification of the consistency of the spectrum analysis. Results Using this consistency test model, it is possible to accurately distinguish whether coffee is mixed with a certain amount of black corn, barley or brazilian berry powder. Conclusion The test model established in this study is simple, rapid and effective. It provides a reference for the identification of coffee mixed with black corn, barley and berry powder.
