在新课程实施中,教师是最重要的队伍。校本教研,则是学校发展的需要,教师成长的需要,更是教育发展的必然。教师的专业水平是教师从事教育工作的生命。我们应当让教师从教书匠解脱出来,成为新课程的开发者。为此,我校的校本教研以心理学上的迁移理论为支撑,积极创设一种授课教师与听课教师之间、听课教师与听课教师之间相互学习、切磋、交流的学校文化,使教师团队组成为互相学习、提高的共同体。带动教师们深入了解并及时解决教学中的困难和问题。 In the implementation of the new curriculum, teachers are the most important team.
