目的 研究rhIL 8对放射损伤小鼠的保护作用及其机理。方法 在小鼠受照前不同时间给予腹腔注射rhIL 810 μg或 30 μg ,观察动物的存活情况及一些指标。 结果 小鼠受照后的存活时间与rhIL 8的给药剂量及时间密切相关。通过检测受照后小鼠的骨髓细胞CUF GM计数、血清总SOD活性及MDA含量以及一些免疫功能指标 ,提示它们与动物的存活时间有内在联系。结论rhIL 8具有一定的抗放作用 ,其机理可能与造血调控、免疫调控、清除自由基等多方面有关。
Objective To study the protective effect and mechanism of rhIL 8 on radiation-injured mice. Methods The mice were injected intraperitoneally with rhIL 810 μg or 30 μg at different times before irradiation. The survival and some indexes of the animals were observed. Results The survival time of mice after irradiation was closely related to the dose and time of rhIL 8 administration. The detection of CUF GM count, total serum SOD activity, MDA content and some immune function indexes of irradiated mice suggest that they are intrinsically linked with the survival time of the animals. Conclusion rhIL 8 has a certain anti-letting effect, and its mechanism may be related to hematopoietic regulation, immune regulation, clearance of free radicals and many other aspects.
