目的 :探讨复发性口疮患者免疫状态的改变及小剂量雷多藤公甙等药物对患者免疫功能的影响。方法 :选择复发性口疮患者 10 0例作为观察组Ⅰ ,予以小剂量雷公藤多甙 ,复方丹参 ,锌、铁制剂口服。观察组Ⅱ ,30例 ,只接受复方丹参 ,锌、铁制剂治疗。检测服药前及服药两月后T淋巴细胞亚群水平 (APPAP法 )和血清免疫球蛋白、补体C3、C4(免疫透射比浊法 ) ,循环免疫复合物 (沉淀比浊法 )含量。结果 :①观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ与对照组比较 ,CD3、CD4百分值 ,CD4/CD8比值和C3含量显著降低 ,CD8、IgG、CIC含量显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。②观察组Ⅰ治疗前、后对比 ,CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8及IgG、C3、CIC与对照组对比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ对比 ,含雷公藤多甙治疗组对改善免疫功能较不含雷公藤多甙治疗组对改善免疫功能为优 ,两者免疫检测指标有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :证实了复发性口疮的发病与免疫功能紊乱密切相关 ,小剂量雷公藤多甙等治疗RAU可有效调节及恢复患者细胞免疫、体液免疫功能。
Objective : To investigate the changes of immune status in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcers and the effects of drugs such as low-dose radoctopine on patient immune function. METHODS : One hundred patients with recurrent aphtha were selected as observation group I. Small doses of tripterygium wilfordii, compound salvia miltiorrhiza, and zinc and iron were given orally. In observation group II, 30 cases received only compound Danshen, zinc and iron preparations. The levels of T-lymphocyte subsets (APPAP) and serum immunoglobulins, complement C3, C4 (immunotransmission turbidimetry), and circulating immune complexes (precipitate nephelometry) were measured before and after medication. Results: 1Compared with the control group, the observation group I, the observation group II and the control group, CD3, CD4 percentage, CD4/CD8 ratio and C3 content were significantly decreased, CD8, IgG, CIC content increased significantly (P < 0.01). 2 Before and after treatment in observation group I, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 and IgG, C3, CIC were significantly different from the control group (P < 0.01). Observation group I, observation group II contrast The treatment group containing Tripterygium wilfordii had better immune function than the group without Tripterygium wilfordii for improving immune function, and there was a significant difference in the immune detection index between the two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion : It is confirmed that the onset of recurrent aphthous ulcers is closely related to the disorder of immune function. The treatment of RAU with low dose of tripterygium wilfordii can effectively regulate and restore the cellular immune and humoral immune function of patients.
