在过氧化物漂白机械浆中,聚半乳糖醛酸约占其阴离子垃圾总量的50%(采用聚电解质滴定法测定)。采用果胶酶处理漂白浆悬浮液或滤液可使可溶性聚半乳糖醛酸降解为单半乳糖醛酸,有效降低由阴离子聚电解质所造成的阳离子需求量。果胶酶处理有效地避免了聚半乳糖醛酸与造纸工业中所使用的阳离子聚合物间的络合作用,减少了聚半乳糖醛酸的不利影响。
In peroxide bleached mechanical pulp, polygalacturonic acid accounts for about 50% of its total anionic waste (determined by polyelectrolyte titration). The use of pectinase to treat the bleaching slurry suspension or filtrate degrades soluble polygalacturonic acid to mono-galacturonic acid, effectively reducing the cation demand caused by anionic polyelectrolytes. Pectinase treatment effectively avoids the complexation between polygalacturonic acid and cationic polymers used in the paper industry, reducing the detrimental effects of polygalacturonic acid.
