正义是人以及人类社会的各种共同体所追求的永恒主题,但在长期的思想探索中,人类并没有获得一种关于正义的普适定义,也许正义本身根本就不需要定义,并且在根本上任何企图用定义的形式来终结知识发展的思路都是对人类思想的损害。这里是关于正义的一组笔谈,笔谈的作者并不当然地认为自己所思考的正义是正义的惟一话语方式,而只是从不同角度对正义的多维思考,或许这种多维化的探索方式恰恰反映了正义本身所具有的多重内涵,但这并不是说正义就完全缺乏共通的东西,在人类社会的发展过程中人们对正义依然会有一个大致相通的期待。这组笔谈是由河北经贸大学“法哲学小组”的成员完成的,他们对于学术的热爱与执著,将他们组合到了一起,并得到学校的大力支持,希望他们能够在法哲学领域做出一定的贡献。笔谈属学术探讨性质,作者所持观点不代表本刊意见。 Justice is the eternal theme pursued by various communities of people and human beings.
