山南水库是一座以城市供水为主,兼有防洪效益的小(一)型水库。由于原设计防洪标准偏低,存在坝体填筑质量差,产生严重的不均匀沉陷;排水体失效,坝体浸润线升高,下游坝坡不稳等一系列问题。以至建库以来一直未能正常使用,被列为山西省病险水库之一。为排除病险,1995年对水库进行了除险加固初步设计,随后又开展技施设计并付诸实施。在技施设计和施工过程中,对初步设计中的不足之处作了大量优化。优化设计的主要技术措施是:增加大坝上游防渗;缩小泄洪洞洞径,抬高泄洪洞进口高程;改变原设计溢洪道出口对岸的山体开挖为河槽开挖;减小下游坝坡的培筑厚度,通过优化设计,在满足防洪标准,保证大坝安全的前提下,节省了工程量与投资,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益。

Optimization of the design of the main technical measures are: to increase the seepage control upstream of the dam; to reduce the flood hole diameter, elevation flood spillway elevation; change the original design of the spillway to the other side of the mountain excavation of the river channel excavation; reduce the training of downstream slope Building thickness, through the optimal design, to meet the flood control standards to ensure the safety of the premise, saving the amount of engineering and investment, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
