讨论了乳化液泵变频控制技术与电磁卸载控制技术的优势和不足,提出了变频与电磁卸载智能联动控制技术。分析了乳化液泵启动、加载、卸载几种状态下的控制需求,针对控制需求提出了对应的控制方法。煤矿生产中的应用效果证明,变频与电磁卸载智能联动控制技术能够在提高乳化液泵的供液效率的同时降低能量消耗。
The advantages and disadvantages of frequency conversion control technology and electromagnetic unloading control technology are discussed, and the intelligent linkage control technology of frequency conversion and electromagnetic unloading is proposed. The control requirements under several states of starting, loading and unloading of the emulsion pump are analyzed, and the corresponding control methods are put forward according to the control requirements. The application effect in coal mine production proves that the intelligent linkage control technology of frequency conversion and electromagnetic unloading can reduce the energy consumption while improving the liquid supply efficiency of the emulsion pump.
