本文应用齿轮加工精度理论及机床传动链误差频谱理论,对某工厂的YN31125型和Y31125型两台滚齿机的加工误差进行了测试与诊断,找出了影响这两台机床加工误差的主要原因并提出了消减误差的措施——偏心顶尖式误差补偿装置。
In this paper, the gear machining accuracy theory and the machine tool chain error spectrum theory are used to test and diagnose the machining errors of YN31125 and Y31125 two gear hobbing machines in a factory. The main causes for the machining errors of the two machine tools are found and put forward Measures to reduce errors - Eccentric tip error compensation device.
