飞艇是一种轻于空气的飞行器,其悬停和垂直起降需要通过推力矢量控制系统来实现。通过综合分析飞艇平台推力矢量转向机构的工作原理,利用蜗轮蜗杆传动具有自锁的特点和伺服电机传递运动精准的特点,提出了一种新型的飞艇平台推力矢量大角度倾转装置的结构实现方案。在确定转向机构转向阻力矩等参数后,给出了伺服电机的选型依据,最后详细进行了涡轮蜗杆机构的设计,从而实现了双发双螺旋桨的同步转向,对于相关的飞艇平台推力控制设计具有很好的借鉴意义。
Airship is a lighter than air aircraft, the hover and vertical take-off and landing need through the thrust vector control system to achieve.
