随着社会的进步以及人们对健康的日益重视,药膳逐渐成为饭桌上养生的主流。探索提高高职院校药膳课程的课程教学质量、提升学生整体素质和社会适应能力已是必然。尤其是随着现代教育技术的飞速发展和教育手段的不断提高,对学生的专业技能和社会能力等整体水平提出了更高的要求。
With the progress of society and people’s increasing emphasis on health, medicinal diet has gradually become the mainstream of health on the table. It is inevitable to explore the teaching quality of the course of medicated diet in higher vocational colleges and to improve the students’ overall quality and social adaptability. Especially with the rapid development of modern educational technology and the continuous improvement of educational means, higher requirements are put forward on the overall level of students’ professional skills and social skills.
