员工创造力是组织创造力的重要来源,个体情境交互理论强调员工创造力的发挥与产品转化无法脱离组织情境而存在。经济全球化趋势的加强促使宏观文化环境对跨国企业的影响日益显著,企业调配人力资源与谋求创新无法脱离文化环境的影响。本研究关注了文化环境对企业组织的作用,个体、组织、文化是创造力研究由微观到中观进而到宏观的三大研究层次,三者的交互作用影响着组织创造力的涌现与创新成果的转化。这一整合视角有助于研究者探讨组织创造力的影响因素,更好地关注创造力成果的转化。个体-情境-文化交互作用框架下的组织创造力研究具有一定的理论意义,是对原有理论的整合与发展。企业组织在特定宏观文化环境下将个体创造力转化为组织创造力的同时,不应忽视文化环境与情境交互带来的促进与阻碍,对指导提升组织创造力具有现实意义。
Employee creativity is an important source of organizational creativity. Individual contextual interaction theory emphasizes that employee creativity and product transformation can not exist without organizational context. The strengthening of economic globalization has promoted the macro-cultural environment to have a more and more significant impact on multinational corporations. It is impossible for enterprises to allocate human resources and seek innovation without being separated from the cultural environment. This study focuses on the role of cultural environment in the organization of an enterprise. Individual, organization, and culture are three levels of research on the study of creativity from the micro level to the medium level and then to the macro level. The interaction of the three influences the emergence and innovation of organizational creativity Conversion. This integrated perspective helps researchers explore the impact of organizational creativity and better focus on the transformation of creativity outcomes. The study of organizational creativity under the framework of individual-situational-cultural interaction has some theoretical meanings and is the integration and development of the original theories. While translating individual creativity into organizational creativity in a specific macro-cultural environment, an enterprise should not neglect the promotion and obstruction brought by the interaction between the cultural environment and the situation, and is of practical significance for guiding and enhancing organizational creativity.
