为充分发挥上海内河航道的集疏运作用,实现“1环10射”的内河干线航道网络建设,以上海内河5大航线为主要研究范围,构建上海内河集装箱运输网络.该网络通过确定各主要节点城市,以拉格朗日插值法等对各节点城市的集装箱生成量进行公水分流计算,分高速增长、中速增长和缓慢增长3种情况对上海内河集装箱运输量进行预测.预测结果表明,上海内河集装箱运输量具有一定规模,发展内河集装箱运输具有重要的战略意义.
In order to give full play to the role of Shanghai’s inland waterway in consolidating and distributing waterways and realizing the construction of inland waterway network of “1 ring and 10 shots”, Shanghai’s inland river container transportation network is constructed with the five major routes of Shanghai inland river as its main research scope. The main node cities use Lagrangian interpolation method to calculate the amount of container flow generated in each node city for public water diversion, and forecast the volume of container traffic in Shanghai by three kinds of cases: high-speed growth, medium-speed growth and slow growth. The results show that the volume of container transport in inland rivers in Shanghai has a certain scale and the development of inland container transport has important strategic significance.
