对原位反应合成法制备Ag/CuO复合材料中,与CuO有关的反应进行了热力学计算,并绘制了Gibbs自由能与温度关系图。结果表明,原位反应合成法制备Ag/CuO复合材料中,生成立方CuO有3种方式:一是Cu与O_2直接反应合成立方CuO;二是烧结反应过程中生成部分的Cu_2O与O_2反应合成立方CuO;三是Cu与O_2反应合成单斜CuO后,在烧结时发生相转变得到立方CuO,并得出了这3种方式的合成立方CuO的温度,同时还对原位反应合成过程中的氧分压影响进行计算与分析。此外还通过对CuO与Ag/CuO反应烧结试验后的的XRD图分析,进一步验证了热力学计算的结论。
In the in-situ reaction synthesis of Ag / CuO composites, CuO-related reactions were calculated thermodynamically, and the relationship between Gibbs free energy and temperature was plotted. The results show that there are three ways to produce cubic CuO in Ag / CuO composites prepared by in-situ reaction synthesis: one is the direct reaction of Cu with O 2 to synthesize cubic CuO; the other is the reaction of Cu 2 O with O 2 generated during the sintering reaction to synthesize cubic CuO. The third is the synthesis of monoclinic CuO by reaction of Cu with O 2. The phase transition occurs during sintering to obtain cubic CuO, and the temperature of the synthesized cubic CuO in the three methods is obtained. Meanwhile, the oxygen in the synthesis of in situ reaction Partial pressure effects are calculated and analyzed. In addition, the results of the thermodynamic calculation are further verified through the XRD pattern analysis after the reaction of CuO with Ag / CuO.
