在经历多年的制度改革之后,我国的煤炭企业的经济增长已经取得了优异的成绩。由于企业的人力资源管理制度还未有成功的转型,从人力资源管理的现状来看,仍旧存在着不足之处。因此,企业要充分利用经济改革成功的契机,对企业的人力资源管理进行有效地变革,在企业内部形成一个行之有效的人力资源管理机制,本文结合煤炭企业的实际情况,对企业的人力资源管理现状提出了一些建议,以确保企业的可持续发展。
After many years of institutional reform, the economic growth of China’s coal enterprises has achieved outstanding results. As the human resources management system has not been successfully transformed, there are still some shortcomings in the current situation of human resources management. Therefore, enterprises should make full use of the opportunity of economic reform to change human resources management of enterprises effectively and form an effective human resource management mechanism within the enterprises. In this paper, combining the actual situation of coal enterprises, Management status made some suggestions to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.
