对不同配合比、不同成型工艺的再生混凝土多孔砖进行抗压强度、含水率、吸水率和干燥收缩试验。通过对比分析烧结黏土砖细骨料取代率和成型工艺对建筑废弃物再生多孔砖性能的影响。结果表明:本试验建筑废弃物再生多孔砖不适用于承重墙的砌筑;原料中掺入30%~50%烧结黏土砖细骨料碎片颗粒有利于提高建筑废弃物再生多孔砖的性能;成型工艺中,增加耙动和振动时间对试样的强度没有显著影响,但能减小试样吸水率和干燥收缩率。
Compressive strength, moisture content, water absorption and drying shrinkage of recycled concrete perforated brick with different proportions and different forming processes were tested. Through comparative analysis of sintered clay brick fines replacement rate and molding process on the performance of building waste recycled brick. The results show that the recycled construction porous brick is not suitable for the load-bearing wall masonry; the incorporation of 30% ~ 50% sintered clay brick fine aggregate particles into the raw material is beneficial to improve the performance of the building waste recycled porous brick; In the process, increasing the raking and shaking time has no significant effect on the strength of the sample, but it can reduce the sample water absorption and drying shrinkage.
