受全国铸造学会设备学组教学研究组委托,河北工学院设计和研制的实验用落砂机实验台经过几年的研究和数次结构修改,现已完成,并在“全国铸造设备类课程教材大纲讨论会”上,经全体代表的审查,通过鉴定。已由山东平度县铸造机械厂投入批量生产。该实验台结构先进,制造简单,维修方便,利于实验。可开出九项内容的实验,如自振频率、强振频率的测试;频率比和偏心块同步状况;激振力的调节与振幅的关系;电机功率和噪音的测试等。落砂机实验台的制成将为铸造设备教学增加一项新的实验内容,这对于在教学中加强实践环节和理论联系实际将起一定作用。该实验台不仅供设备教学实验用,同时也为今后开展落砂机研究工作提供了有力的研究装置。
Commissioned by the National Foundry Institute of Equipment Group Teaching Research Group, Hebei Institute of Technology designed and experiment bench with the sand after several years of research and structural changes, has now been completed, and in the “National Foundry Equipment Course Materials Outline Seminar ”, after examination by all the representatives, passed the appraisal. The making of the bench for falling sand machine will add a new experimental content for the teaching of foundry equipment, which will play a role in strengthening practical links and integrating theory with practice in teaching. The experimental bench not only for equipment teaching experiment, but also for the future carry out the research work of the sand machine provides a powerful research device.
