我公司原来生产的YZ18J型振动压路机上使用的是NJ150型离合器,与YZ14型压路机的相同。使用中出现的故障主要为:分离轴承损坏、分离压爪磨损严重、离合不彻底等。改用斯太尔380型离合器,使用效果良好,故障率很低。现对这两种离合器对比分析如下: NJ150型离合器的分离轴承为推力球轴承。经查,该种轴承在用脂润滑的状况下最高极限转速为1 600 r/min,而YZ18J型压路机上发动机的实际工作转速为2000r/min,两者相差较大。由于压路机在工作中离合器的离合频率相当高,若润滑条件稍差,分离轴承则很容易因烧坏而抱死,使分离压爪在离合器分离过程
