目的了解大连市农村土壤中铅、镉含量现状,客观评价农村环境卫生状况,为制订政策措施提供依据和支持。方法随机选择金州新区和庄河市40个行政村,每村采集农田土壤1份,进行铅、镉含量和蛔虫卵的测定。结果两县土壤样品中镉含量均未超过二级土壤标准限制值(镉≤0.30 mg/kg),铅含量均未超过一级土壤标准限制值(铅≤35 mg/kg)。庄河市检测土壤含铅量高于金州新区,差异有统计学意义(t=2.641,P<0.05),金州新区检测土壤含镉量>庄河市,差异有统计学意义(t>8.402,P<0.05)。结论本次调查两县土壤尚未受到重金属铅、镉的明显污染,应注意防止污染,防患于未然。
Objective To understand the status of lead and cadmium in rural soil in Dalian, objectively evaluate the situation of rural environmental health and provide the basis and support for the formulation of policy and measures. Methods Forty administrative villages in Jinzhou New District and Zhuanghe City were selected at random. One piece of farmland soil was collected from each village, and the contents of lead and cadmium and roundworm eggs were determined. Results The contents of cadmium in soil samples of two counties did not exceed the standard limit of secondary soil (Cd ≤ 0.30 mg / kg), and the content of Pb did not exceed the limit of primary soil standard (Pb ≤ 35 mg / kg). The content of lead in Zhuanghe was higher than that in Jinzhou New District (t = 2.641, P <0.05), and the content of cadmium in soil of Jinzhou was> Zhuanghe, the difference was statistically significant (t> 8.402, P <0.05). Conclusion In this survey, the soil of two counties has not yet been obviously polluted by lead and cadmium heavy metals, and pollution should be avoided.
