我厂生产的GKZ16高空作业起重车在出厂调试过程中,曾出现过液压系统噪声异常的现象,即当主液压泵(双联齿轮泵)转速超过2000r/min以上时,即发出撕裂尖叫声,同时其出口处有两根油管(钢管)产生低频振动。 为降低噪声,我们进行了试验和分析。 试验前,我们紧固了管夹和元件、加注了合格液压油、排出了系统内的空气,使管路通畅并按常规操作试车。然后,进行了CBP50/32双联齿轮泵(主液压泵)的试验。试验中,测得泵转速为2050r/min时,环境噪声为86dB(A)、操纵室噪声为96dB
