侦查中的隐性知识是指存在于侦查人员的头脑之中和特定的情境之下,以侦查经验、侦查直觉、侦查灵感、侦查思维为主要表现形式,难以或尚未被规范概括和广泛传播,在侦查破案活动中能发挥独特作用的知识。有些侦查隐性知识无法概括、提炼,如侦查思维、侦查意识、意志品质等,要通过言传身教的方式进行传承或者靠学生自身的养成。当前公安院校学生侦查隐性知识的培养中存在一些局限和不足,需要从提升教学理念、完善教师结构、改革实践教学等环节进行改善。
