由于经济时代的变化,企业如果想在市场经济中持续的发展下去,就要做好对企业的成本控制,做成本控制工作是企业从源头解决自己的问题,节约成本,增加更大的利润空间。经济全球化给企业的发展提供更多的机会,同时也面对更多的挑战和竞争,所以企业需要在自身的发展上寻找解决办法,发展自己的优势,做好成本控制工作。本文分析了企业成本控制的产生背景,并且结合成本控制的涵义挖掘出企业成本控制的问题,并顺势提出解决方案,帮助企业做好自己的成本控制工作。
Due to the changes in the economic times, if enterprises want to continue to develop in the market economy, they should do a good job of controlling the cost of the enterprise. To control costs is to solve their own problems from the source, save costs and increase profit margins . Economic globalization provides more opportunities for the development of enterprises, but also faces more challenges and competition. Therefore, enterprises need to find solutions in their own development, develop their own advantages and do a good job of cost control. This paper analyzes the background of the enterprise cost control, and digs out the problem of cost control in combination with the meaning of cost control, and puts forward solutions to take advantage of the opportunity to help enterprises do their own cost control.
