稳定土拌和机转子液压系统主要由变量柱塞泵(有些机型为2只变量柱塞泵)、2只低速大扭矩马达和集成阀块等组成。拌和机在拌和作业时,其拌和深度应能达到300~400mm。但有时拌和转子会出现拌和无力故障,甚至拌和转子还未达到100mm就停止转动,特别是拌和硬质土壤、二灰土或夹杂石块的混合料时常会出现此类故障。出现此类故障后,操作人员往往无法区分是液压马达故障还是变量柱塞泵故障。在此介绍2种简易的判断方法。
