美国华裔小说家汤亭亭的作品《女勇士》一经出版就引发了批评界的激烈争论,作家运用独到的叙事策略,使得文本产生出“对话”的独特艺术效果。本文依据前苏联符号学家巴赫金的“对话”理论,从文本体裁在传记与小说之间的“复调”、母与女“对话”的叙事策略以及赞同式“对话”的二元融合三个方面,努力表明,作者如何实施对话性叙事策略,为各种思想意识构建了一个充分对话的平台,表达了华裔女性作家在展示主体身份的文学创作中,与所在国主流文化进行平等对话的愿望,从而建构了多元互动的全新文化景观。
After the publication of The Woman Warrior by the Chinese-American novelist Maxine Ting triggered a fierce debate in the critics, the writer uses a unique narrative strategy to make the text produce a unique artistic effect of dialogue. Based on the “Dialogue” theory of the former Soviet semiotian Bakhtin, this article analyzes the narrative strategies of the “polyphony” between biographies and novels, the dialogue between mother and daughter and the “ Dialogue ”, trying hard to show how the author implemented the tactics of dialogue narrative and built a platform for full dialogue for various ideologies, expressed the fact that Chinese women writers, in the literary creation of displaying the identity of the subject, The mainstream culture of the host country wishes for an equal dialogue, thus constructing a brand new cultural landscape with multiple interactions.
